The Tippmann TIPX is a good pistol because you can load a CO2 gas cartridge and it will only puncture when you fire the first shot, so you can always have it ready. As paint rounds swell when they absorb moisture (making them unsuitable to be left in the gun) I recommend purchasing some nylon rounds to go with it, these make for an excellent deterrent without the potential lethality of glass (skull cracker) or capsicum rounds. A couple of these as an attacker’s thigh will be agony for them without any permanent damage. It will also mark the thigh with distinctive purple bruises making them easier to identify if they flee the scene and are apprehended by police later.
And if the worst happens and they take the weapon from you and use it against you, you will be hurt, but not permenantly damaged or killed.

Can you get pistol paint guns. I have lost all of my right arm and am getting threatened by some big men and would like one incase they try to enter my property.
