Good LED Torch For Prepping EDC

Good LED Torch For EDC

Everyday Carry remains a topic that is discussed quite a lot among preppers and survivalist throughout the prepping community.

So deciding on what items suit the needs of your EDC can need some thought - except a few......

A decent torch is one of those items that you simply must have your EDC bag.

So I want to bring this torch to your attention as being a very good candidate for for us preppers.

This is my choice for a good LED torch for EDC

In particular I'm talking about the ZanFlare F1
With a very impressive 1240 lumens of bright white light at your disposal, plus a strobe and SOS function to top it off.

I like this torch a lot - it has all the features of a top quality manufacturer, but without some ridiculous price tag.!

1240 lumens is a massive output for a small EDC sized torch, but for 'normal' use it also has four other power settings.

Running on the tried and tested rechargeable 18650 battery, the light time is very impressive indeed.
Just take a look at the chart at the top of the page to see what I mean there.

Now I want you to know that I received this torch as a product to test out and see what I thought, direct from the manufacturer GearBest in China.

Below is the manufacturing  video review of the ZanFlare F1 LED torch.

I am currently using the F1 as part of my everyday carry, which to me, means actually using it each day at my work.

It is proving to be a good solid torch and exceptional value for money.

I have been using it over the last week and so far only needed to recharge once - which is impressive.

I have been running it on the 'high' setting for most of the time, but have used the super bright 'flare' a couple of times as needed. You can only run flare for about 30 seconds before the torch resets back to the lower setting - a lot of high end LED torches do this now to avoid overheating.

Without a doubt, this is a good torch for your EDC with all the features of any high end LED torch.

Apart from giving an excellent light beam and levels, I particularly like the EDC uses of the Tail Hammer pin for breaking glass windows and the fact that it has the battery recharge within the torch itself.

Those features alone put this EDC torch high up in my books.

Below are all the functions that you have with the F1

Good LED Torch For Prepping EDC.

If you are looking to get yourself a new torch for your EDC bag, I don't think you'll go far wrong with this one.
Fantastic value for your money and very good, high quality manufacture - using the right materials.

Of course the biggest plus is the fact that utilises its own recharging capabilities, meaning there's no need for a separate charger - good feature that.

Add this torch to you solar charger and you have minimum kit with maximum use - I like it...!!!

Happy Prepping Folks.
