Wish I'd been prepared

How about the times we found ourselves unprepared May be things we have missed/not thought of but will help others spot a gap in their preps. Embarrassing I know but it happens.
I hadn’t prepared a hospital bag. My child ended up in hospital unexpectedly and I was staying with them. I had to send my sister to get the stuff I would need. Very difficult to be thinking and describing in a situation like that.
We all now have a hospital survival kit ready and labelled so anyone can be sent to pick it up.
